There Is NUN Better.
Four words. Simple statement. Not a question but instead a declaration. The NUN Group definitely fits that bill. The owner of the firm, Nnena Nchege, is without a doubt one of the most polished and professional event producers I personally know and I know a LOT of event planners, managers, producers etc.
When you patronize a company as an entrepreneur you really ultimately patronize the owner. You patronize the person because of their own personal code of ethics and their own personal motivation or other positive attribute. For this very reason The NUN Group is simply a cut above the rest in terms of professionalism, quality and attention to detail.
This is my PERSONAL word of mouth endorsement of a fantastic organization and an even more wonderful owner who I’ve seen tirelessly work to execute projects flawlessly. I like to say that a perfectly executed project is merely a Thursday to Nnena Nchege.
A finalist in the 2013 Event Solutions Spotlight Awards for Event Producer of the Year her pedigree is impeccable.
Award winning festival producer, former deputy director, successful business owner, experienced event planner and true professional, Nnena Nchege’s extensive career has included working with Senator Sam Nunn, The City of Atlanta Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, The UNCF and The 100 Black Men of America. Her helmsmanship of the 2009 Atlanta Jazz Festival garnered the Festival the coveted Greener Festival Award.
Her Event Management firm, The NUN Group, LLC, has as a part of its clientele, Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam, The BronzeLens Film Festival and the Consulate of Haiti in Atlanta.
As the board chair of The 3 Rivers Music Festival in Columbia SC, Nnena effortlessly combines political savvy with skill, professionalism and expertise to make a difference not only in her community but in communities nationwide.
As a successful businesswoman and mentor of young women, Nnena is regarded as an innovator and a leader. Many times Nnena is tasked to not only handle the Event Management but also to handle the marketing and PR, production and sponsor relations. She understands the importance of all the small details that are needed to execute an event large or small. She also has the ability to move from live shows to recorded shows with ease which makes for a well-rounded event producer. Nnena has also recently co-authored a book, The Event Planner’s Guide and Toolkit that will be available online in July 2014.
WHEW! That’s a mouthful! But every word is true and accurate.
I humbly submit The NUN Group as my Featured Business.
